• Some people chat a little during work but is important to not lose your rhythm of work and not talk too long. Reserve talking for breaks.
• It is also common to go for a coffee or have a drink in pubs after work.
• Some companies can organize team building events in which workers take part. They form a couple of teams and try to solve given problems together or win some kind of team building games.
