18 Non Progressive Verbs
There are some verbs called Non Progressive Verbs which can’t be used in progressive or continuous tenses. These verbs are related to mental processes, emotional states, possession, sense perception (the senses, which are involuntary actions), and some others which are difficult to classify.

Sometimes Non Progressive Verbs can be used in progressive but their meanings change.
